RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
Food Pairings for Jean-Luc Colombo St. Joseph le Prieuré
Very drinkable. Excellent value.
Marked down to $5 (US) for a bottle. Slightly tarry and tangy aroma. Fairly sour and robust flavor, with a dash of salt. This might be good for those who like earthy wines, but it was not my favorite. It was better after a day in the refrigerator.
Good for the price
