Jean-Luc Colombo Cornas les Ruchets 2004
Color: Inky black color. Bouquet: The nose is complex with both floral and fruity flavours. Taste: On the palate, flavors of black fruit, blackcurrants and herbs dominate, accented by a touch of vanilla. A solid, concentrated wine that will continue to evolve for at least two decades. Serving Suggestions: This wine will match perfectly with steak and most game meats.

Wine Spectator ReviewPlush and ripe, this defies the vintage's typically crisper profile, showing more fig and black currant fruit, with coffee, tar and dark olive notes and a smoky, fleshy finish. Drink now through 2014.
