User Reviews for Jean Leon Sauvignon Blanc-Garnatxa Blanca Catalunya Terrasola

Winemaker's Notes:

TERRASOLA SAUVIGNON BLANC Tasting notes: Pale golden yellow colour. Brilliant appearance. On the nose it is intense and varietal, with exotic notes (mango, grapefruit) on a background of ripe fruit (melon, pear). The palate is fresh, oily, with good acidity and notes of ripe and exotic fruit. Fresh and agreeable aftertaste. Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc Winemaking and ageing: fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation. Alcohol content: 13% Serving Temperature: 7-9ºC Gastronomy: Very well suited to seafood, grilled prawns or char-grilled clams or scallops with a light ginger sauce and especially recommended with fine fish such as char-grilled sea bass or red mullet with fennel.
