User Reviews for Jean León Muscat Blend Catalunya Terrasola Muscat/Parellada

Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting Notes: Clear and transparent yellow colour giving a brilliant appearance. On the nose its terpenic aromas, typical of the variety, are prominent, with intense floral nuances (roses and light notes of geranium). On the palate it is amiable, lightly vegetal and fruity (loquat) with well-balanced acids and fullness. A fresh and luscious aftertaste. Varieties: Muscat de Frontignac Winemaking and ageing: Harvested by hand. Pressing of the whole grape. Controlled temperature fermentation at 15ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging in bottle. Alcohol content: 12% vol Serving Temperature: 7º - 9ºC Gastronomy: Very suitable for fresh fish, grilled or steamed, rice with seafood, avoiding strong sauces. Also ideal with international cuisine, italian pasta, Japanese sushi-sashimi, etc.
