Golden in color with a raspberry essence behind its bubbles, this wine has a lasting red glow. Thereandrsquo;s a scent of caramel and bacon up front, then red fruit takes over, adding body and firmness. Refreshing and stylish fizz for a wild mushroom tart.
Completely off the chart. Totally unique and bursting with a cornucopia of fresh summer fruits, flowers and mineral aromas and flavors. A balanced, rich and dynamic wine. A fascinating taste experience. Drink now through 2003. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.
Though it bears the ever-confusing label "Brut" (meaning dry), this wine is in reality quite fruit-driven and approachable on the palate, with round, yellow plum fruit flavors. Tangy, fresh and just easy to drink.

Fine bubble texture and racy acidity on the palate, ending with a long, clean finish.
