I enjoyed the 2006 Morgon Cote du Py Gamay (Jean Foillard) this evening. I am not a big Beaujolais fan, and I am definitely a novice in the wine world, but I really enjoyed this. It had more substance than the few other Beaujolais' I've tasted. Thyme, Mushroom and Beef flavors were prevalent for me (as well as a little earth).
