Jean Dorsene Brut Sparkling France NV

Member Review by French Sparkle:

A value for money sparkling wine. Half way between the average budget sparkling wine and Moet. This is an undiscovered sparkling wine that is crisp, dry leaving an essence of fruit on the palate. The acid is slightly higher compared with a Moet or other premium Champagne. Wood is identifiable in the wine throughout but not overpowering a pleasant surprise if you like your sparkling nutty.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
