Tasting Notes:

Sauvignon Blanc has long been the flagship white varietal from Jaxon Keys Mendocino vineyards and for good reason. An introduction of ripe melon and honey aromatics lead seamlessly to striking flavors of green apple and lemongrass that float comfortably along a classic mineral-laced finish.
