Winemaker's Notes:

Tasmania, you ask? We answer: Why not? The island lies off the south coast of Australis, where it's cooler with lots of sea breeze--remember the geography is "reversed"). A fine spot for sparklers, of which, this is quite nice."Light, tight and vibrant, with creamy baked bread aromas and flavors around a bright core of lemon and pear fruit, finding a welcome balance on the lithe, sparkling finish."Wine Spectator
