Kind of a deli meat/cheese aroma. Pears. Very gentle approach, with good acidity a nice mouthfeel. Complex fruit and florality in the midpalate and finish. Subdued and esoteric. Every time I wait 5 minutes and stick my nose in, I get something different.

Bright salmon skin color with tiny bubbles. A shy, slow-to-unfold bouquet displays scents of blood orange, pear and musky herbs.
