Matured for a minimum of 12 years in Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks. Nutty and mild sherry sweetness on the palate. A full bodied and mellow pot still Irish Whiskey.

Master Distiller Barry Crocket carries on the pot-still whiskey tradition laid down by John Jameson in the 18th century. Smooth and mellow.
