James Judd & Son Estate Paso Robles Malbec Petite Verdot 2004

Member Review by Larry A:

I tried this wine at the New York wine show. It was my favorite wine - a great combination of Petit Verdot and Malbec and a very unusual blend. I highly recommend James Judd & Son Vineyards. They had a terrific Tempranillo and Barbera but under a different label - A Cellar Full of Noise. These are my favorite wines from Paso Robles.

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
