In my younger years, I only liked sweet wines like rieslings, white zinfadels. Then someone told me drinking red wine was "sexier." I thought, what the heck! I've never turned back. I now have a pretty much red only palate. Shiraz is my favorite. With the Jam Jar, I could experience that sweet, jammy taste balanced with the notes of a traditional Shiraz. I love it. Great before bed for that little taste of something sweet!

I tried this the other day after searching for a sweet red that I had had earlier, to no avail, at the suggestion of the local wine guy. Needless to say, I was very pleased. Gonna have a glass in a little bit! Very sweet but not overly and refreshing and fruity.
