A distinctively Burgundian alternative to Champagne - a Champagne-method sparkler made with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes.

Pale yellow colored sparkler with abundant fine bubbles. A bold nose of citrus fruits (lemons) and flowers comes before the fresh palate of citrus, apple and pear flavors. The Chardonnay creates a fresh buttery finish with notes of honey. Like most Crémants, it is less acidic and fruitier than a Champagne. An excellent aperitif that is a great wine for entertaining.
