Jacuzzi Family Vineyard Red Blend Carneros Valeriano 2006

Member Review by aronowm2:

strangely, the juiciness of the Malbec and the seductiveness of the petite verdot are the dominant flavors even though they only make up 16% of the wine. a very interesting blend overall which is drinking great now but can cellar for several years as well.

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
