Juicy plummy fruit, spicy cinnamon, pipe tobacco. Long dark fruit finish, balanced by firm tannins.
Colour: Ruby Violet and purple rimmed, showing vibrant youth Nose: Ripe cherries with hints of cloves and cinnamon Palate: Cherries follow from nose with plums. Fruit is well supported by firm tannins with a long smooth finish.

Aged 25 months in Hungarian Oak.
Notes: Fermentation was done in small bins, punched down four to five times daily. Fermented between 22 & 30ºC until dry on skins. Malolactic fermentation completed in tank before racking to 25% new French and Hungarian oak.
