Long considered the benchmark of American sparkling wine, J. Schram is handcrafted with exacting care. Only grapes from our five best vineyards are used in this Chardonnay based sparkling wine. Forty percent of the base wines used are barrel fermented and barrel aged. The wine is then bottled and hand stacked in our caves to age a minimum of six years. The handcrafting of this wine continues with hand riddling and hand-labeling. Only 1,500 cases of J.
