Tasted second time at a 5 course tasting menu dinner. Still complex and full of layers. Corn nut, honey, oak and pineapple. Still had tannin, a bit of oak and layers of tropical fruit with a hint of honey. Wonderful golden color with a tinge of green.

One of the most impressive Chardonnays that I have ever tried. Aromas of this wine linger in the glass well after the wine is gone. Aroma's of cornnut, tropical fruit in the nose and light vanilla. Still a lot of structure in the wine with layers of fruit, wood and rich texture. More powerful and structured than many red wines I have tasted.
