RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Xarel.lo, Chardonnay, Parellada Steely with hints of green in the color. Fleshy on the nose though a wound a bit tight. Showing eventually some pineapple, passion fruit, and light flowers. Full in the in the mouth with the Chardonnay making it's presence known, and an overall medium acidity. Pineapple, walnut, and some light grapefruity citurs show ont he palate, making this wine enjoyable with my roast chicken dinner! 3/5 [NR]
Gorgeous Ruby color, very clear. The nose shows a light vanilla/cherry nose with cassis liquor, rose petals and a touch of spice as it opens. Pretty fun to smell though the nose is the highlight. Fruit driven in the mouth with a fully dry aspect and medium acidity. Raspberry and cherry make up the palate and though it is a fun wine to drink the complexity of the nose does not come through fully. 3.5/5 [NR]
100% Sauvignon Blanc Steely color very clear. Nose is incredibly restrained and with time shows nice grapefruit, nectarine, and light hints of cut grass. Fully dry in the mouth with a nice medium acidity. Peachy with lemon hints, grapefruit, minerals, and a delicate refreshing finish. Really started to enjoy this as it came up in temperature. 3/5 [NR]
Blend of Xarel.lo, Chardonnay, Parellada Pale metallic greenish color. Unrelenting in the beginning, but the nose eventually opened to freshly cut grass, pineapple, slight minerals and maybe some floral aromas as the night progressed. The palate was lovely but it was completely clear to me who was the main player - Chardonnay, as a result of its citrus in conjunction with the oaky background. Other flavors on the palate included almond / walnut (I am indecisive on this one), pineapple and maybe some lemon or pink grapefruit. Admittedly, I wasn't completely sold on the wine in the beginning, but with our meal, it was great. It just goes to prove that there are some wines that need the support of a lovely meal!
Incredibly clear almost white in appearance. Although this wine is quite tight in the beginning, which could have been a result of the wine being to cold, the nose eventually did open quite nicely to some green melon, grapefruit, white flowers, grass and some mandarin. For me, the palate completely matched the aromas I found on the nose. Overall, the wine is quite simple and light with medium acidity and alcohol. This wine is a nice drinking but like J. Miquel Jane's white blend, I found it really shows well with food.
