Really full-bodied aroma with toasted oak, black pepper, chili powder, red and black fruit. An absolute pleasure to take in the nose. The attack is smooth and well balanced, with smoked meaty notes in the midpalate and hints of papaya and coconut on the finish. I'll probably finish the bottle.
Great budget wine. Strong and dry with deep berry notes.

A multiple amount of fruit on the nose. I'm sure there was a hint of apple. On the palate very low key hints of berries and slight taste of oak which was not offensive. A medium body cab with mild tannins and not much of a finish. For this price point i believe it is a descent everyday cab.
Smooth wine and buttery. No very bold but a good wine.
Promising young Cabernet. It has classic youthful tannins with black currant, black cherry, and plum aromas and similar fruit taste structure. A hint of oak and vanilla. Should age well and reach its prime in a few years. P.S. A more recent tasting (August 2012) suggests that this wine is maturing nicely. It's more balanced, and the tannin structure is a little more complex as compared to a 2011 tasting.

Here's a fine everyday Cabernet for drinking now with your favorite meat dish or cheese. It's soft and rich in berry, currant and spice flavors. Could be a little drier, but it sure is tasty.
