This one arrived in my glass based solely on name alone. It might not be the best way to pick out a wine, but it would not be the first time it happened. It won’t be the last. There is slight woody nose, and there is a sweet berry taste at the beginning. The end of each sip leaves something to be desired. It is somewhat hollow at the end, and not as strong as most of the cabs I’ve had in the past. There is still something about this wine worth trying. I enjoyed it overall, I would likely buy it again.
