Winemaker's Notes:

Jean-Louis makes these négoçiant wines to showcase the potential of the St. Joseph appellation. Offerus is a blend of 10 different terroirs from the St. Joseph region. To ensure quality, Jean-Louis works with growers who share his perspective on organic farming and the preservation of terroir. For Offerus, grapes are vinified at their respective domaines or in the JL Chave Sélections cellar in Mauves. For both Mon Coeur and Offerus, Jean-Louis insists that élevage occur in his cellars so that he may customize vinification to each terroir. Naturally, parcels are aged separately in oak barrels or in cement tanks and receive minimal amounts of sulphur for a period of 12 to 18 months.
