Ivan Batic Pinot Grigio Reserva 2005

Winemaker's Notes:

Wine fermented with the grapes' own yeast and matured for one year in Slovenian oak barrels. Only domestic oak wood is used to ensure harmony between wood structure and wine. Oaks that grow near the Batič vineyards are subject to a very similar climate as the vines. This harmony between wine and oak-barrel wood structure strongly contributes to Batič wines' renowned elegance.

Pleasant, warm and harmonious in the mouth, with an artful display of freshness and full taste. Intense extract and mineral taste.

Fantastic wine. It is produced as hundred years ago. Rose colour. In 2006 was Batic Pinot Gris 03 selected in magazine "Wine" between top 20 wines of the world. One of my favorite wines.
