The Irony Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with wonderfully fresh aromas of blackberry jam, plum and red licorice followed by delicate rose petal notes. This full-bodied wine, with firm tannins and acidity, delivers blackberry and ripe plum flavors coupled with hints of dried sage and sweet vanilla. Food Suggestions: Short ribs with mashed potatoes, bison burger (or classic hamburger), lamb moussaka.
Dry, bold...not a one note wine. One of the best Cabs around $13.

Dry, strong blackberry to start with a smokey finish. Pretty good for $12.
I took two sips and poured the bottle down the drain. Very disappointing.
