Ironstone Vineyards Symphony Obsession White 2010
Very citrus and floral on the nose. Scents of green apple and pear. Slight alcohol. Evident muscat effervescences with slight oak finish. Slightly tangy. Enjoyed this very different white. A moderate to high in terms of its refreshing factor. A light white with greenish tinge. The wine proved to be particularly memorable because the grape blend is different. A vintage wine at a low vintage price. Would go well with a fancy lunch outside without red meat. Fish or chicken. Enjoyed with Potato/Arugula Salad. Breaded (Panko) Chicken with Ranch sauce. Roasted Acorn Squash with apricot preserve.
Very similar to Riesling. Fruity and floral with a bit of orange and peach. Smooth with a slightly acidic finnish.
Very very nice whitewine. Very fruity, and a bit sparkling.
External Reviews for Ironstone Vineyards Symphony Obsession White
Youthful aromas are markedly floral. Extremely drinkable, this lusciously birlliant, fanciful wine is full of furit flavors, and finishes crisp and clean. It's great with spicy dishes, like Asian and Cajun foods, or simply sipped on a deck.
Lemon and overtly floral scents carry through this off-dry white, a wine to chill well for lunch by the pool.
