Ironstone's Obsession has youthful aromas that are markedly floral. Extremely drinkable, this lusciously brilliant and fanciful wine is full of fruit flavors, and finishes crisp and clean. It is great with spicy dishes, like Asian and Cajun foods, or simply sipped on a deck. Symphony is a new cultivar for white wine production, developed at the University of CA, Davis.
