This wine was made form the Symphony grape which is a cross between Grenache Gris and Muscat of Alexandria. It has a light floral nose and a soft fruity taste with a little tannin in the middle and ends very smoothly. This was a very pleasurable wine I would purchase again.
Definitely one of my favorite white wines. Can taste a hint of muscat, but it's dry enough to pair well with food.
Very similar to Riesling. Fruity and floral with a bit of orange and peach. Smooth with a slightly acidic finnish.
