Very yeasty on the nose with bright citrus tones and with complex hints of almost salty mineral tones, caramel, and a crisp, slightly vegetal note that recalls earthy jicama. In the mouth this is very crisp with a slight vegetal edge to the intense flavors. Rather light and elegant with solid length 90pts.
