By nose: Meyer lemon and Filbert nut. By mouth: ripe red apple, yeast and a touchof lemon zest. Best when served with food, pair with anything spicy, salted or fried. Great with French fries, popcorn,chips and salsa, potato chips and onion dip and grilled steak

This bottling spent 4 years on the lees before disgorging. This adds a notable complexity that will impress. Made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
