This small family owned winery in the Calaveras County foothills never fails to impress. The Barbera is full bodied, plenty of fruit up front and a nice clean finish to boot. Not as dry as an Italian Barbera from the old world, but that's why California wine is great. Irish Vineyards continues to redefine greatness with each vintage of unique varietals that stand out on their own with distinction.
