The mouth is dense, with a great tannin structure, with ripe red fruit notes and a long, persistent finish. Percentage Grape: Tempranillo & Merlot Soil: The soil comes from the Miocene period, and is limestone in character. The climate is typically Mediterranean, with mild winters and warm summers. Growing Climate: Our wine-growing region is bounded to the north by the Prades mountains, with the river Gaia  to the east, the Mediterranean sea to the south and the Llaberia and Argentera mountains to the west. 2007 vintage. Utterly fantastic. Wonderful nose - hints of eucalyptus & cigar box, On the palate very dense; the pepperiness and smokiness follows through with very good tannic structure. Very good fruit - predominantly blackberry, with an excellent finish.
