Inspiracion Valdemar-Wein-Spanien-Rioja-Tempranillo-Rot-Trocken 2003
Plump, juicy aromas of fruit. Well balanced and mild as a Tempranillo should be. The oak shows more over time but at first it was understated. Tastes like a lightly tart blackberry jam. Short mellow finish.
Just so-so,.... but a good buy if you can find it for $8-10.
Delicious. Smooth, drinkable, lots of flavors, but nothing overwhelming.
Three and a half glasses

Wine Tasting NotesIntense cherry color with purple tones. Clean, brilliant with a deep, rich color. Powerful aromas of red berry fruit with rich vanilla nuances and smokiness. Well-rounded and silky in mouth with good backbone. Red berry fruit and vanilla touches come out in the finish. Roasted red meat, strong dry cheese and/or cold meats.
