- When Joseph Phelps releases this wine (only on superior surplus years) I make sure I buy plenty of it. You can find it out there for around $20 a bottle and I think it is one of the best $20 cabs money can buy. Phelps obviously has a marvelous pedigree from their Insignia blend. This cab is awesome.
