Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

From an Idaho grape grower's standpoint, global warming has had the most positive impact on Bordeaux-type grapes such as this Cab. Our style of winemaking is to make our Cabs more subdued, less tanic and more drinkable in its youth. Medium to full bodied. cherry, raspberries, black currents. fresh bell peppers, minty. Hints of vanilla.
