What to Expect

Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshingly crisp white wine that offers citrus and tropical fruit flavors with very aromatic notes of green chilies, grass, herbs, asparagus and gooseberries commonly contributing to the bouquet. Sauvignon Blanc is generally unaoked allowing the fruit to shine and highlighting the delicacy of the grape.

ripe with an almost peachy fruitiness on the nose, fresh cut grass, almost dandelion like, subtly floral, very fresh in the mouth, a touch lean but crisp with lemon, herb, and very soft chili notes, there’s a ripe sweetness to the fruit here, nice crisp grassy tones on the rather long and succulent finish which ends with a spearmint finale 88pts

The balance between green peppers and tropical fruits on the nose of this wine give it great dimension and complexity. Lush pineapple and clementine aromas are suitably backed with well-integrated cut grass, hay and bell peppers.

Refreshing gooseberry, citrus and tropical fruit flavors are backed by a racy jolt of acidity in this crisp, clean Sauvignon Blanc. Notes of bell pepper and fresh cut grass follow through on the zingy finish. It makes a great partner for salads, crabcakes, grilled vegetables, and citrus-accented seafood dishes.
