Very fruit, tutti frutti perfumed with a real intense fruit stripes gum kind of nose. On the palate this is round and fairly lush with a sweet edge to the honeydew and candied citrus fruits. It’s got good acids offering cut on the palate but is a relatively simple wine. The melony finish is clean and refreshing, making this easy drinking wine perfect for a casual party and suitable for a variety of light dishes. This would work well with some salty prosciutto and melon. 85pts

Very floral and polleny on the nose with a core of very ripe apricot and papaya fruit over subtle suggestions of roasted jalapeno and butcher’s wax. Moderately light body with nice acidity and soft flavors of quince, orange, and a suggestion of almond butter. It’s got bright acidity but is still rather laid back in the mouth with a rush of fruit on the moderately long finish that ends with nice nutty tones. 85pts

Tropical fruit and tart apple aromas. Full mouthfeel with crisp citrus and honeydew, mineral lingering finish. A bit of honey and guava flavors come through while enjoying the bottle. This went really well with the cheese plate I paired it with.

This has quite a bite, but is still refreshing. The finish is long, and it tastes a bit sour. Extremely citrusy. I could easily see this overpowering anything you drink it with.

Musky, almost chalky/funky nose. Cedar with a bitter salty finish. A bit too much "funkiness" for my taste.

A good, inexpensive wine. Paired nicely with pasta and shellfish.

Lots of pear, pineapple and citrus on the nose. The finish was pleasantly surprising, with a touch of lemongrass and curry spice. This is a perfect wine to drink ice cold, with thai food.

Citrus and melon in the glass...crisp and juicy on the tongue with and nice long finish. Enjoyed on the 4th of July.

One of Astor's best white wine values, this Chenin Blanc has tantalizing aromas of ripe pears and flowers, with exuberant tropical fruit on the palate. This is great with cheeses, fish, and light pasta dishes.

Hereandrsquo;s a light and easy-drinking white with soft notes of green plum, citrus and melon rind in the nose and mouth. A hint of tropical fruit acidity unfolds on the brisk finish.
