Nysa is a structured white that unites the elegance and smoothness of pinot grigo, with the potential and flavour of gewurztraminer, and inclides a small percentage of pinot Nero who leaves into the wine a parcular amber colour. The bouquet is rich, with a range of notes from floral - Rose - to fruity - Apple and citrus. It is particularly recommended for pairin with pasta and reisotto, roasted fish or white meats. Aging potential 3-6 years.

The grapes are gently destemmed and soft-crushed. The must is placed in new 500 l French oak barriques where it fermens and remains for about 6 months. During this time the lees are stirred twice a week to keep them in suspension. After this period the wine is bottled and then refined fro a further 6 months before to release on the market.
