Doesn't taste like a cab, but not offensive. Fresh sweet red berry nose. A bit stemmy with sweet fruit in the mouth.

A lighter Cabernet from the Grave region of Friuli.
GRAVE DEL FRIULI gets its name from the area’s gravelly terrain that resembles that of the Graves region of Bordeaux. It should come as no surprise, then, that the most important red grapes in the area are Cabernet and Merlot. I Casali’s Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in French and American oak barrels for 10 months. This soft, attractive Cabernet has great red and black fruit character.
A ruby red colored wine with a nose of flowers, plums and blueberries. On the palate it is medium-bodied with good acidity and soft tannins. read more...
