2011 hybrid Pinot Grigio by Peltier Station Not gonna tell you what i taste, lol, don't want to be bi-est.. But, I will mentioned that this is not your average "acid water" which most Pinot Grigio's are know for. Having 25% of Vermentino bended in, makes this wine perfect to replace beer next to the swimming pool... Favorite wine to do Sangria with, 50% Pinot Grigio, 50% seven-up, lime, and freshly cut oranges... it's dangerous!!!!

Winemaker's Notes:

This is a new world style wine with two-week fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It has not gone through malolactic fermentation and was cold fermented at 50 degrees to preserve the full bodied flavors and fruitines.
