Winemaker's Notes:

Our 2006 Sauvignon Blanc shows a lively mango and papaya nose. The palate has a light, creamy, lemony essence, inviting acidity and a delicately balanced mineral finish. A floral yeast strain, Eperney II was used to accentuate up front and forward varietal characteristics which gives it great food affinity. Pair with seafood of all types, Roasted Spring Chicken with a Caper Dijon Mustard Glaze or a classic Caesar Salad. Wine Club members pay $11.20.
