This wine has light hints of oak, and gooseberry and tropical fruit aromas are evident with pineapple undertones. The palate is refreshing and inviting with the classic gooseberry, citrus Sauvignon Blanc characters tempered by full tropical flavours of barrel fermented Chardonnay. It is a fresh easy drinking style with excellent palate structure, full bodied with a long lingering finish.
