External Reviews for Hunt Country Seyval Blanc
A smooth, dry table wine with hints of soft oak and delicate fruit, Seyval is wonderful with seafood and poultry, especially roast turkey.
Seyval is one of the most popular of New York's French-American hybrid grapes, and Hunt Country's Seyval Blanc is made in a French style - similar to a Sancerre or Sauvignon Blanc. Smooth, dry and aged in small oak barrels, it's a fine food wine, complementing white meats and seafood. It enhances light meals such as broiled fish and shellfish, as well as heavier meals like grilled chicken moutarde. A consistent medal winner in recent national and international competitions.
