This wine starts slowly, but a little bit of air really loosens it up, yielding aromas of vegetable oil, apples and spring flowers. In the mouth, it's light on body yet crispy flavored, with Granny Smith dominating. Enough floral elements persist on the palate to provide moderate complexity.

A crisp, fresh style, offering tangy apple and pear flavors backed by a slate note.

Possibly their best white - tremendous peach fruit, but with a drier finish that marries well with foods.

A crisp, delicious Riesling, with green apple and floral overtones. Delicious with light fish and seafood (crab!) white meats and subtle Asian cuisine.

2002 marks the first vintage of Hunt Country's Dry Riesling and we think it will become a perennial favorite. Floral and spicy on the nose, with apple flavors balanced by crisp acidity, this wine will pair perfectly with your Thanksgiving turkey.
