Started with lots of fruit, but that has gone to the background with age, now smooth and subtly sweet, "petrol" flavor. Good.
One of my wife's (a big fan of pinot gris and grigio, but not syrupy-sweet, nasty whites or pinks) favorites. Not too dry, not too fruity, light and relatively low alcohol, but really flavorful and delicious. Great wine for freshwater fish.
