Huet is the considered to be the master of Vouvray, creating wines that can age for decades. Le Mont is a hillside vineyard overlooking the Loire, creating a softer style wine. This Chenin Blanc shows notes exquisite aromas of honeysuckle flowers. The crisp acidity and minerality that contribute great structure to the wine. Drink with a light chill.
