Same bootle, three months later. Even better. Open for cocktails and follow on asparagus. The nose speaks a lot. Do not scream, rather the sound of the freshness of a river and the murmur of a flint on the tongue. Very nice to find this powerful light in the mouth. Acidity is not biting into the final end of papillae. The bitterness in the final is the spur that drives us to be reused. Reviews of maturity: It obviously can be drunk now. But it is clearly built to keep for the next presidential term.

Drunk as an aperitif. More on the minerality than fruit. Acidity very gentle, not aggressive. No exuberance on the palate but beautiful lenght. could be drunk now fresh (14 ° C max), rather than as an aperitif, or come with goats cheese, asparagus with fresh whipped cream and chives.
