Same bootle, three months later. Even better. Open for cocktails and follow on asparagus. The nose speaks a lot. Do not scream, rather the sound of the freshness of a river and the murmur of a flint on the tongue. Very nice to find this powerful light in the mouth. Acidity is not biting into the final end of papillae. The bitterness in the final is the spur that drives us to be reused. Reviews of maturity: It obviously can be drunk now. But it is clearly built to keep for the next presidential term.

Sparkling Chenin Blanc that's was aged on the lees for an extended period of time adding a palpable amount of aromatic complexity. Dry, honeyed and full of minerals.
Made in honor of Gaston Huet's wife. Only been made maybe a half dozen times to date. Made from a laborious selection of botrytized grapes coming from all 3 of Huet's vineyard sites. Highly prized and highly collectible.
Vines have been planted in the Clos du Bourg for over 14 centuries; an unusually shallow layer of topsoil forces the rootstock to bore into solid limestone bedrock, resulting in wines of great power and finesse.
