As a result, the wines produced have the fruitiness given by the south-facing Mediterranean hills, and a good level of acidity due to the high altitude of the hills on the Atlantic side. This merlot is spicy, blackberry, mulberry, bramble bouquet. Full-bodied, supple and harmonious palate allied to ripe tannins.
