Hourglass Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Blueline 2010

Winemaker's Notes:

Rich, lush and bold the Blueline Cab shows aromas of warm blackberry pie (creamy dark fruit and yeasty dough), black cherry, cassis and plum are followed with a slight hint of toasted sage, bay leaf and fennel. On the palate, it has wonderful flavors of black cherry, plum sauce, tobacco and soy, with a long rich finish. The warmer climate of Blueline Vineyard delivers polished tannins with a silky texture and broad mouth-feel. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Not yet reviewed; 2009 vintage rated 91 points by Wine Enthusiast.

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
