What to Expect
Riesling is a chameleon of a grape, able to produce world class wines that range from bone dry to unctuously sweet. Germany is most closely associated with Riesling, where all styles are made and the range of flavors runs the gamut from steely and crisp with crunchy mineral-driven flavors to fresh lime, apple and peach flavored expressions - even rich honied, candied fruit tones in the great dessert wines.
Winemakers Notes
Wine Maker's Notes
Aromas of peaches, pears, and honey in this rich and luscious semi-dry wine lead to bountiful fruit flavors in the mouth and a finish that's lively and long.
Recommended Food Pairings
This Riesling is delicious alone or with cheese, pork, chicken, smoked turkey, and especially complements many Asian style dishes.

Reviews Add a Review
The 2007 Riesling, with all its decency to uphold the abilities of Riesling in the Finger lakes, does so in a fashion only to resemble that of a great statesman. Full of vim and vigor, it holds a magnificent abundance of peach and honeyed lemon up front to bring about a wonderful level of acidity to keep the sweet in check with lime and Anjou and Bosc pear flavors.
